These brownies are the cake-like variety. \u00a0Not the chewy-gooey kind. \u00a0Some people say if you lessen a Brownie\u00a0recipe by 1 egg; you will achieve a gooey-like Brownie; also, reduce the cooking time by about 5 minutes. \u00a0Otherwise, if the dense, cake like brownie is what you are after – then make no alterations!<\/p>\n

I added a cream cheese icing to the top and these brownies were gone almost instantly it seemed. \u00a0It’s a good thing we often have guests with all this baking!<\/p>\n
