Another easy recipe! If you are noticing a trend, you’re right. I\u00a0would imagine having 5-8 rambunctious boys afoot would mean quick preparations!!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I brought this salad to an Easter gathering :). The celery seed brings\u00a0a unique flavour that some loved and some did not care for. If you are\u00a0part of the latter- you could easily leave it out or substitute it for\u00a0your common spice you use in coleslaw or creamy dressings :). Even an Epicure dip would taste fantastic!<\/p>\n It takes about 450g of Ham; so about 1\/2 of those little pre-cooked\u00a0hams you can buy. And 1\/2 of a head of cabbage! So double the recipe\u00a0or plan another meal with your leftover cabbage and ham!<\/p>\n Here is her recipe card and the printable recipe.<\/p>\nIf I hadn’t chopped the cabbage directly in half (slaps forehead) I’d\u00a0use it to make Grandma’s cabbage rolls!
