I know, I know! Christmas is 274 days away! But today was so rainy, cold, and gloomy that it did not feel like spring at all! Instead it felt like a cold November day! So the baby and I trudged down to the store and picked up one of the few Apple Cider jugs and simmered us up some sweet Christmas Cider. This stuff is simple; but good!

I apologize for my blurry pictures. It’s all consumed, so I can not take more! I will simply have to make it again 😀

Something about it reminds me of days spent outside raking leaves, tobogganing, or playing out in the cold (As in rotten spring days like today was!). Then coming inside to nice hot apple cider. Mind you, I grew up with hot Apple Juice & sprinkled cinnamon, so this would be the decadent version! haha
