Curried Turkey Salad
Just in time for the weekend!
This recipe is a delicious Turkey dinner leftover option… BUT more often than not I make this recipe using chicken instead of turkey as it is readily available in our house and this salad is just so good! Everywhere I bring this salad, everyone likes it – and it’s not going to be just another pasta salad or caesar salad at a potluck!
The curry flavour is just a slight hint and mostly adds colour to the salad. As per usual, it has Grandma’s pineapples in it for a great sweet & juicy burst.

Curried Turkey Salad
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons grated raw carrot
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits (approx 1 tin), drained
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 3 cups cooked & cubed turkey (or chicken)
- 1/4 cup almond slices
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except almonds)
- Garnish with almond slices.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
