Cinnamon Krinkles
Soo good. If we didn’t take these cookies to a Family get together – I may have consumed them myself in a day or two…. Simple, soft, fluffy and mmmmm, tasty!
If you really love cinnamon, try adding a bit to the batter as well as the sprinkled topping. Otherwise, enjoy as is. Just as easy to make as chocolate chip cookies!

Cinnamon Krinkles
- 2 2/3 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
Topping:
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
- Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Refrigerate 1 hour & drop with teaspoon onto greased sheet.
- Mix cinnamon & sugar then sprinkle on cookies.
- Bake at 350 for 12 – 15 minutes.
TIP: Place the cookies on the pan rounded – as they will hold their shape.
