Cinnamon Krinkles

Soo good.  If we didn’t take these cookies to a Family get together – I may have consumed them myself in a day or two….  Simple, soft, fluffy and mmmmm, tasty!

Mmm, this is the cookies before going in the oven. TIP: Use a scoop to get nice round cookies. I used a Tablespoon measuring spoon.

If you really love cinnamon, try adding a bit to the batter as well as the sprinkled topping.  Otherwise, enjoy as is.  Just as easy to make as chocolate chip cookies!

Cinnamon Krinkles

  • 2 2/3 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tarter
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Topping:

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour & drop with teaspoon onto greased sheet.
  3. Mix cinnamon & sugar then sprinkle on cookies.
  4. Bake at 350 for 12 – 15 minutes.
TIP:  Place the cookies on the pan rounded – as they will hold their shape.
